Beth Lennon is a real estate professional with years of experience in the Wilmington and Cape Fear markets. Beth and her husband John have three children. She recently completed her first triathlon, the Wrightsville Beach YMCA Sprint Triathlon.

As a Wilmington native, I like to think I have grown up not in, but with, our unique city.  Although I am reminiscent of a Wilmington that used to be, I am appreciative of the new and emerging opportunities available in our area.  On a personal level, it is this knowledge of and passion for our community that I hope to be able to share with my clients.  I am a homeowner, a wife, a parent, and a resident.  You will find that my interests are probably a lot like yours.  I care about our economy, environment, educational opportunities and quality of life.  In my free time, I volunteer in our children’s schools, enjoy the outdoors boating and sailing to area beaches, and relax in the company of our friends and family.

Originally from Pennsylvania, I moved to Wilmington in 2001 with my husband and young daughter. We were charmed by its coastal beauty and historic downtown and looking forward to calling it our home too. Nine years later, I am thrilled to call this community my hometown and raise my now two daughters here. As a member of the Seaside Realty team, I hope to welcome you to the Cape Fear region.

Living in the metropolitan areas of both Philadelphia and Pittsburgh, have given me a unique perspective.  My husband and I realized that we both desired a region that offered a warmer climate and beach lifestyle.  I love the outdoor living here. You can swim, boat, fish and run almost year round. I can truly say that I have been able to really experience and learn what this area has to offer.

John Lennon has been in the real estate industry for over twenty years in property management, asset management, real estate investment banking and commercial brokerage.  Additionally, he has managed two residential brokerage firms with as many as one hundred agents.  He started and managed what became the largest commercial real estate firm in the Greater Wilmington area and sold that business in early 2009.  John is currently the Broker in Charge at Seaside Realty.  He also provides real estate consulting services.
